Objective: To review the basics of the R language, and to provide an insight into how the functionality of R can be used to perform typical pharmacometric activities.
Intended Audience: Pharmacometrics scientists with a basic knowledge of S-PLUS or R
Workshop Outline:
Hands-on examples will be used to illustrate key concepts throughout the workshop. Participation in the hands-on exercises is optional and will require that attendees bring a laptop computer with R installed (minimum version R 2.5.1). All data and code used in the workshop will be provided on the day.
Workshop Fee: $500 ($200 for students/postdoctoral fellows; number of student seats is limited). Fee includes electronic copies of course materials, code and scripts for hands-on examples, continental breakfast, breaks, and lunch. Total workshop is limited to 50 registrants.
